It deals damage equal to the user's [Current HP - Maximum HP / 100 (rounded up)]. The second term is a mere 10 even at 999 HP, so you can think of it as Last Resort's damage ≈ enemy's current HP.
It is not affected by the user's attack power or enemy defense, and has no random numbers. It is affected by the compatibility of the strike attribute.
Due to the nature of the damage, boss demons will nullify it regardless of the compatibility of the strike attribute. Not only bosses with unique names, but also boss demons such as Finnegan and Mayone's demons will also disable it.
